Candy Spooky Theatre

By Valerie Champion

When sun and moon meet,
A procession parades forth
Hailing the once lived.

Ghosts go make merry
To be cheery and will sought
Sweets stand in their names.

For the young folks free,
Store bought toil, their teeth will rot,
Eating the lost games,

Beating tired feet.
Delicious empire henceforth
Relished and received

For their elders soon.
One must put in effort and
Patience, then good luck

Will come when the moon
Strikes full, emerging cake land
Feast for the old buck.
